About Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others discover that healthy eating can be both enjoyable and sustainable. I take an individualized, holistic approach to nutrition, focusing on building habits that support your lifestyle in the long term. As a life-long distance runner, I first became interested in nutrition, hoping to teach other athletes how to fuel for performance. Over time, that passion has grown into a desire to support anyone—not just athletes—in developing a positive relationship with food and learning how to nourish their bodies in a way that feels good. Outside of work, and if I'm not running, I enjoy trying new recipes in the kitchen and baking sweet treats for friends and family!

My approach to care is sustainable, relaxed, and evidence-based. I believe nutrition should feel supportive—not overwhelming. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. I take a collaborative approach, working with you to identify realistic goals that align with your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether you're navigating a specific health condition or simply looking to build better habits, we'll take it one step at a time—at your pace. Together, we'll focus on progress, not perfection, and create a plan that feels doable for the long term.

Your first session with Nicole

Our first session is all about getting to know you. I’ll take time to understand your health history, current habits, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. We'll explore what’s worked (and what hasn’t) in the past, and start identifying small, realistic steps you can take moving forward. This session is a conversation—not a lecture—so you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where your input and comfort matter. By the end, we’ll have a clearer picture of where you are in your journey and how we can move toward your goals together.
