About Nicole

Hi there! I’m Nicole, a Registered Dietitian based in the Philadelphia area. I specialize in weight management and love working with individuals who have had bariatric surgery, those using GLP-1 medications, and anyone looking to lose weight through nutrition and movement in a realistic, sustainable way. I completed my Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults and I am passionate about helping others achieve their health goals. I have been practicing since 2021 and earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nutrition from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. My passion for weight management is personal. I’ve been through my own weight loss journey, which helps me truly understand the challenges, frustrations, and victories that come with it. Because of this, I strive to create a no-judgment, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered every step of the way.

My approach to nutrition is rooted in long-term success, not quick fixes or restrictive rules. I believe that healthy habits should fit into your lifestyle, not take it over! Everyone’s journey looks different, and I focus on creating personalized, achievable goals that feel sustainable in real life.

Your first session with Nicole

Our first session is all about getting to know you! We’ll talk through your goals, what you’re hoping to gain from working with a registered dietitian, and what success looks like for you. I’ll also take time to learn about your current lifestyle, food preferences, and any approaches you’ve tried in the past—what worked, what didn’t, and why. This is a collaborative, no-judgment conversation with a goal of developing a plan that truly fits your life. I look forward to working with you!
