About Nicole

My name is Nicole and I have been a dietitian since 2017. I have experience predominantly in pediatric specialty nutrition (tube feedings, weight issues on both the high or low ends, GI specific diseases, oncology, home care, and formula), both inpatient and outpatient. I do have adult experience as well. I have worked all over the west coast thus far. I do additionally work at WIC for ID. I am new to ID and am excited to be starting with Nourish. I have a cat named Ziggy who I enjoy spending time with. I also love to travel everywhere and anywhere. Being outdoors is also something I like to do (previous roles were travels roles, I only have 5 more states until I have been to them all). I come from Boston, I can talk a little too quickly so please let me know if I am. Also, I have celiac disease so I am a pro with that. I look forward to talking with you all!

Approach to care

Patient centered care. I believe in meeting people where they are at and comfortable at nutritionally. I can be flexible with my styles of care based on each individual client. You just let me know what works and doesn't work for you - I won't be offended.

Your first session with Nicole

First sessions are always going to involve getting basic medical history, getting to the client, recent nutrition history, other things thought to be relevant (social situations, economic, etc). I like to get measurements histories and any questions that clients have coming in or as we chat. We will set goals based on what you are comfortable with.
