Nicole is s a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition and who believes that good nutrition should feel empowering, approachable, and realistic for every stage of life. She works closely with clients to create personalized nutrition plans that support better health and lasting lifestyle changes. Her areas of expertise include pre-diabetes, diabetes, heart health, tube feeding, womenâs health, intuitive eating, and fitness. Nicole also enjoys helping those who follow vegan and vegetarian diets find balance and confidence in their food choices. With a compassionate and supportive approach, she helps clients build a positive relationship with food and discover how nourishing their bodies can truly support their overall well-being.

Together, youâll create a plan that feels doable and supports your long-term health â not a quick fix or a strict diet.
