About Nicole
I’m a registered dietitian with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and a background in sports nutrition and strength and conditioning. My professional experience has shaped how I view health — not just as numbers or lab values, but as strength, energy, resilience, and quality of life. While I began my career working in performance nutrition, I am passionate about helping people from all backgrounds build sustainable, realistic habits that support long-term health. I believe many people don’t need more restriction — they need clarity, education, and a plan that fits their real life. My approach is practical, science-based, and focused on building consistency over perfection. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, watching movies, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to learn. I value balance in my own life, and I encourage the same for my clients — because health should enhance your life, not consume it.
Approach to care
I believe food should support strength, resilience, and longevity. Rather than focusing on restriction, I focus on nourishment — fueling your body in a way that supports energy, metabolism, muscle, and overall health. My counseling style is structured but compassionate. I provide clear guidance while helping you build self-awareness and confidence in your choices. The goal isn’t temporary change — it’s building habits that support you for years to come.
Your first session with Nicole
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food, exploring what has mattered for you and where you want to go. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; we'll set one or two short term goals you can start working on right away. The session will be collaborative, non judgmental, and paced to your comfort level. I want you to leave with clarity and momentum.
