About Nicole

I’m a registered dietitian with a background in inpatient clinical nutrition, where I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of medical and nutrition-related concerns. That experience shaped my belief that nutrition should be practical, personalized, and supportive—not overwhelming or restrictive. I enjoy helping people feel more at ease around food while working toward better health. Whether you’re navigating a medical condition, trying to improve your eating habits, or looking for guidance that feels realistic and sustainable, I aim to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way. My goal is to help you build confidence in your food choices and create habits that fit into your life long-term.

Approach to care

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based nutrition. I don’t believe in rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, preferences, and personal goals. Together, we focus on: 1. Small, sustainable changes that add up over time 2. Balanced nutrition without unnecessary restriction 3. Practical strategies you can use in real life 4. A judgment-free space where questions are always welcome -- Sessions are meant to feel supportive and empowering, helping you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Your first session with Nicole

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to work on. If you have labs, medical conditions, or medications you’d like to review, we can discuss those as well. From there, we’ll identify your top priorities and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and achievable. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps you can start right away—no pressure, no overwhelm. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident moving forward.
