About Nicole

Before entering the field of nutrition, I worked as a high school music teacher for 7 years, where I learned patience, empathy, and the importance of providing individualized support. I continue to carry these skills through my dietetics practice, with a focus on growing relationships with clients. Outside of nutrition, I love hiking, spending time with my two dogs (Nikito and Bonita), and trying new foods.

Approach to care

My philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and well-being. Each person’s journey is unique, shaped by their experiences, values, lifestyle, and goals. I take the time to truly listen and understand where you are, meeting you with empathy and without judgment. Together, we explore the root of your concerns and create realistic, manageable steps that build toward meaningful, long-term change. I view our work as a partnership - I help lay the foundation, offer guidance, and provide support, but you remain in control of your path. My goal is to empower you with the tools, confidence, and clarity needed to become your best self and sustain progress in a way that feels authentic and achievable.

Your first session with Nicole

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and building a strong foundation for our work together. I’ll take time to learn about your lifestyle, habits, goals, and any challenges you may be facing so we can create a plan that feels realistic and personalized to you. We’ll talk through your priorities, explore what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and begin outlining clear, achievable goals. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your expectations, and ensure that we’re a good fit.
