About Nicole

Nicole Nyerick is a Registered Dietitian living in Boston, MA with over 4 years of experience. She became passionate for functional nutrition and lifestyle-practices after overcoming her own thyroid, hormone, and digestive challenges in the past through food, not medicine. And she is eager to help you do the same!

Approach to care

Her aim is to bring you an authentic approach to the healthiest and happiest version of you, by leveraging sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits to overcome unwanted symptoms or health challenges. She believes in intertwining holistic-health research and science with your history, lifestyle, values, desires, and environment to make the most appropriate recommendations for you and help you enjoy food to its fullest. No cookie-cutter approach’s here.

Your first session with Nicole

During your first session, Nicole wants to get to know you. Not only your current habits, but your health history, what motivates you, and everyday challenges. Nicole's goal is for you to have a safe space to laugh, celebrate, and work through frustrations you may be feeling around nutrition. Together, you will identify your health goals and priorities so Nicole can help you see the big-picture, while also helping you to break it down step-by-step to create success and sustainability.
