About Nicole

Hi, I'm Nicole and I've been a Registered Dietitian since 2018. I've worked as a Dietitian in a variety of settings including community hospitals, college athletics, and an acute care university medical hospital in New York City where I primarily care for adult patients on the Hospitalist Medicine service and Medical Intensive Care Unit. I'm certified in clinical nutrition support (CNSC) and have presented at national conferences discussing critical care nutrition support.

Approach to care

I tailor my approach based on client needs and experiences. I prefer to meet patients where they are without shame, severe restriction, or extreme changes, while setting realistic goals that can be incorporated into every day life. I have additional experience with trauma-informed care, health at every size (HAES), and disordered eating behaviors.

Your first session with Nicole

Your first session will be a chance for us to become acquainted while I ask you a bunch of questions to get to know you. Together we will identify and discuss your goals and come up with a reasonable action plan to achieve them. You're also not locked-in to the day of the week or time of our first session. We can come up with a follow-up schedule that works for you, to the best of my ability and availability.
