About Nicole
Hi, I'm Nicole and I've been a Registered Dietitian for 8 years. I've worked as a Dietitian in a variety of settings including small community hospitals, super markets, consulting for college athletes, and continue to work in a large medical hospital system in New York City. I'm certified in clinical nutrition support and have been a speaker for national conferences to speak on nutrition support in critical care.
Approach to care
I tailor my approach based on the client needs and experiences. I have experience with trauma-informed care, health at every size (HAES), and prefer to meet patients where they are while setting realistic goals without shame, severe restriction, or super strict changes to your every day life.
Your first session with Nicole
Your first session will be a chance for us to become acquainted while I ask you a bunch of question for information gathering. Together we will identify and discuss your goals and come up with a reasonable and actionable plan to achieve them. You're also not locked-in to the day of the week or time of our first session. We can come up with a follow-up schedule that works for you, to the best of my ability and availability.
