About Nicole
Hi, I'm Nicole, a Registered Dietitian based in Arizona. I bring nine years of experience across outpatient dialysis, liver and kidney transplant teams, clinical hospital settings, and community health, with a Bachelor of Dietetics from Arizona State University. I work with my CSR and RD credentials in a warm, science-informed approach. When I’m not at the desk, you’ll find me practicing yoga, cooking, reading, or making crafts with my kids. I believe food is nourishment, connection, and joy, and I’m grateful you’re here.
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on partnering with you. I rely on current evidence to guide practical steps and translate science into real life routines you can sustain. I’m empathetic and warm, meeting you where you are without judgment, and I aim to empower you with knowledge so you can make informed choices. I focus on wellbeing and long-term health rather than quick fixes. Together we create a plan that fits your life.
Your first session with Nicole
Think of our first visit as a conversation about you. We'll review your medical history and current routines, explore your relationship with food, and establish 1 to 2 short-term goals to start. You don't need to have it all figured out before we meet; this is a low-pressure, collaborative space. I’ll listen, ask questions, and explain options in clear terms, then we’ll outline a simple plan you can begin this week. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your sustainable health journey.
