Her holistic and evidence-based approach helps to promote optimal health and wellness tailored specifically to you.
Your first session with Nicole
In your first session together, Nicole will spend time getting to know you personally and conducting a nutrition assessment. She loves to build a strong rapport with her clients. During this time, you will discuss your medical history, medication and/or supplement use, lab work, hydration, and nutrition status, in addition to other topics she sees relevant. Together, you will set individualized short and long-term goals to work towards creating sustainable habits that you want to make changes on.
