About Nicole

I’m a registered dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Physical Performance. Sessions are built around each person’s goals, preferences, and routines to find realistic adjustments that support long-term progress. I draw from my academic background in nutrition, physical activity, and psychology, along with experience working with a wide range of clients from beginners to Olympic-level athletes for the past ~6 years. My focus is on building sustainable habits by doing guided reps together to build self-efficacy with a balance of accountability.

Approach to care

My approach to care emphasizes on the importance to meet a client with where they are at, build action plans that fit the demands of real life, accountability from the patient, and setting up realistic expectations. This makes the approach more practical and sustainable. I want investing in oneself to feel manageable and empowering. The goal isn’t just short-term progress; it’s long-term self-efficacy to create sustainable results. To make this work, honesty is key. Some information may feel uncomfortable to share, but transparency helps me help you. There also needs to be a willingness to change to create progress. To get something new, we usually have to do something new. That means actionable changes.

The initial session is really just a conversation for us to get to know each other and get clear on what you're hoping to work toward. We'll dive into your nutrition background, your relationship with food, your body, and movement, and talk through anything medical that's relevant. It's less about jumping into changes right away and more about understanding the full picture so we can build your first recommended game plan to fit your lifestyle.
