About Nicolette

Hello there! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a strong passion for helping others build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. I earned my Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I developed a deep understanding of how movement and nutrition work hand-in-hand to support overall health and well-being. To me, nutrition is more than just food—it’s a form of self-care that can make a big difference in overall health and quality of life. I approach each person with compassion and science-based guidance, with the goal of helping them feel confident and supported on their health journey. When I’m not working with patients, you can usually find me experimenting with new recipes, staying active, or exploring new ways to blend food, fitness, and mindfulness into everyday living.

Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in evidence-based practice and clinical nutrition science. I recognize that nutrition extends beyond dietary intake—it plays a critical role in disease prevention, management, and overall well-being. Guided by current research and established clinical guidelines, I develop individualized nutrition interventions that are realistic, measurable, and sustainable. My focus is on optimizing health outcomes, supporting both physiological and psychological well-being, and empowering patients to actively participate in their care.

Your first session with Nicolette

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll spend time talking about your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you’ve faced with food or wellness. I’ll ask questions to better understand your needs, but it’s a relaxed conversation—there’s no judgment, pressure, or one-size-fits-all advice. Together, we’ll start creating a personalized plan that feels realistic and manageable. You can expect practical strategies, guidance you can put into action right away, and a supportive space where your goals truly matter. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, encouraged, and motivated with clear next steps toward your health journey.
