About Nikki
Hi, I’m Nikki, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Boston University and clinical training from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. My background includes experience in medical nutrition therapy, community wellness, and behavior-focused nutrition counseling. I’m especially passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies, and I take a supportive, nonjudgmental approach to nutrition care. I believe that true well-being comes from nourishing your whole self, mind, body, and beyond, and I love helping clients find a sense of balance that feels good and sustainable for their unique lives.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based guidance. I believe that nutrition should feel flexible and empowering, not rigid or restrictive. I work with each client to understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals, and together we create realistic strategies that support both physical and emotional well-being. I take an inclusive, weight-neutral approach that honors your body’s needs and helps you build lasting, positive habits around food and self-care. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and at peace in your relationship with food and your body.
Your first session with Nikki
In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to nutrition counseling. I’ll ask questions about your goals, your relationship with food, and what a typical day looks like for you, there are no right or wrong answers, just an open conversation to help me understand your unique story. Together, we’ll start identifying what’s most important to you and outline a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your nutrition journey.
