As a Dietitian and Menopause Coach, I am here to do more than talk about food - I am here to listen! Together, we will focus on the whole picture - nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, stress, and self-care - to create realistic lifestyle changes that fit your world. Life can feel like a rollercoaster, and my goal is to help you navigate it with compassion, humor, and practical support!

We will talk about what is working (and what is not), explore habits that feel realistic, and celebrate progress- big or small. Your first session is all about you! We will discuss your health history, current habits, and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported and empowered to make changes that fit your life - not force your life to fit a diet.
