About Noaa

My name is Noaa . I have a Masters in Sports Nutrition and I specialize in cardiometabolic health, diabetes and sports. I have worked in multiple settings, but the past 6 years have been in virtual care, helping people with GLP-1s, Diabetes and Heart Health. I have a history of helping people understand complex concepts and therefore, leading to better success and better health. I truly enjoy helping people

Approach to care

I treat the person as a whole. Nutrition is just a small part. I believe that "if you cant do it for life, its not worth doing" so we will find what serves you best and what is possible and go from there. I use open ended questions to understand where you have been and where you want to go. By knowing your why's its much simpler to figure out the how. I treat people with empathy and curiosity and my main focus is to help

Your first session with Noaa

On our first session we will talk about you and your history. We well delve together on what you want to achieve and we will set long term and short term goals that are SMART (simple, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely). We will talk about you as a whole person - so nutrition is not the only thing we will cover. We will talk stress, sleep and exercise and anything else you feel is relevant. I am here to help you be the best you, you can be.
