By setting small, achievable goals each week, weāll focus on building a lasting, healthy lifestyle rather than a temporary diet, all tailored to your unique goals.

In our first session, weāll focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals, and ensuring you feel comfortable and supported as we embark on this journey together. Iāll ask detailed questions to fully understand your unique needs so I can tailor my approach to best support you. Weāre a team, and my aim is to provide the guidance and accountability you need to succeed. To create a plan that truly aligns with your goals, Iāll start by learning about your background, including your health history and past experiences with nutrition. Weāll also assess key factors such as your current medications, supplements, sleep patterns, stress levels, lifestyle, and work routines. Additionally, Iāll take a close look at your fitness regimen, relationship with food, hydration habits, and any upcoming events that could impact your journey.
