As your dietitian, my approach is all about helping you enjoy the foods you love while making simple, sustainable adjustments. Together, we’ll use SMART goals to make small sustainable changes to work towards your larger goals. These can be things like modifying recipes, incorporating exercise, and exploring strategies for portion control and meal timing. By setting small, achievable goals each week, we’ll focus on building a lasting, healthy lifestyle rather than a temporary diet, all tailored to your unique goals.

Your first session with Noah

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals, and ensuring you feel comfortable and supported as we embark on this journey together. I’ll ask detailed questions to fully understand your unique needs so I can tailor my approach to best support you. We’re a team, and my aim is to provide the guidance and accountability you need to succeed. To create a plan that truly aligns with your goals, I’ll start by learning about your background, including your health history and past experiences with nutrition. We’ll also assess key factors such as your current medications, supplements, sleep patterns, stress levels, lifestyle, and work routines. Additionally, I’ll take a close look at your fitness regimen, relationship with food, hydration habits, and any upcoming events that could impact your journey. This comprehensive understanding will allow me to design a personalized approach that is specifically tailored to your goals.
