About Noell

Hello, I'm so glad you're here! My work as a dietitian is grounded in the belief that the provider/client relationship should be built on trust, collaboration, and respect. My role is to listen, provide support, and walk alongside you as you explore what feels sustainable in your relationship with food and body. I believe lasting change comes from curiosity, compassion and collaboration (not from strict rules or diets). It’s my goal to be a guide and partner who strives to meet you where you are, honors your lived experience and helps you build confidence and trust in your own body. Together, we’ll explore what nourishment means for you, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. My hope is that our work helps you move away from shame, judgment, and food-related stress and toward a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with eating and nourishment.

Approach to care

I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective that values body diversity and respects each person’s lived experience. Health is not one-size-fits-all and my role is to help you discover what feels supportive and sustainable for you. In sessions, you can expect curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I do my best to listen first, then together we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and values at a pace that feels comfortable. Rather than focusing on rigid plans, I help clients build practical tools, confidence, and trust in their own bodies. My approach draws on principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and evidence-based nutrition. But above all, I believe the heart of this work lies in creating a safe, respectful space where you feel seen and supported.

Your first session with Noell

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other! I’ll start by asking about your goals, your relationship with food and body, and what led you to seek support. You’ll never be expected to share more than you’re comfortable with and you set the pace. I’ll spend most of the time listening, asking questions, and learning about what matters most to you. By the end of our time together, we’ll talk about next steps and decide on a direction that feels supportive and realistic for you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, respected, and reassured that this is a safe space to explore change at your own pace.
