About Noelle

My passion for holistic wellness started at 15 and has shaped every part of my journey. I pursued every health class, earned multiple certifications, and completed a top Master’s program. For nearly a decade, I’ve helped clients build healthier relationships with food and their bodies, and I love this work deeply. My path is personal, too. After years of undiagnosed gut issues, I know how frustrating it is to feel bloated, tired, and disconnected. Healing meant unlearning all-or-nothing thinking and building a sustainable, compassionate approach to nutrition. Now, I help others do the same. Through a “meet you where you’re at” approach, we’ll create habits that feel freeing, not restrictive. Currently, I’m growing my practice while renovating our 100-year-old home, planning a wedding, and learning to grow food- proof that life’s always full, but self-care can still be a priority.

Approach to care

Creating a healthier relationship with food is a layered and deeply personal process, because food is so much more than just fuel. It’s nutritional, emotional, physical, and cultural. With nearly a decade of experience in fitness and nutrition coaching, I’ve found that clients often describe my “meet you where you’re at” approach as refreshing and grounding. Together, we’ll explore how food can truly be medicine, not just in the clinical sense, but as a powerful tool for connection, healing, and freedom. You’ll learn how to build on your past experiences and create a way of eating that feels uniquely aligned with you. No more food guilt. No more second-guessing yourself with, “Am I doing this right?” Instead, we’ll make gradual, sustainable shifts so that you feel calm, confident, and at peace with your choices. I can’t wait to work with you!

Your first session with Noelle

Your first nutrition session is all about you. This is a space where you’ll be fully heard, where we take time to understand your story, your experiences, and what’s bringing you here. We’ll talk through your day-to-day routines: how you’re eating, sleeping, working, and managing your overall health, so I can get a clear picture of your world and what’s realistic for you. From there, we’ll take a deep dive into your goals and start mapping out what it will actually take to get there in a way that feels sustainable and supportive. There’s no pressure to be perfect, just an open and honest space to begin your journey with compassion, curiosity, and clarity.
