About Noelle

“Coach Noelle” is a highly skilled and enthusiastic performance dietitian-nutritionist and fitness professional combining master-level credentials with 20 years of experience empowering clients to create healthy, active, and sustainable lifestyle behaviors that promote well-being and longevity, prevent disease, optimize health and peak performance. Noelle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) board-certified as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and a certified Wellcoaches Health and Well-being Coach (CHWC). Noelle also enjoys teaching functional fitness as a group fitness instructor (ACE-GFI), personal trainer (ACSM-CPT), and yoga teacher (RYT).

Your first session with Noelle

Be prepared to share! Noelle is an active listener seeking to understand your strengths, core values, motivations, and current circumstances. In your first session, you will create a Wellness Vision, long-term yearly goals, short-term monthly goals, and weekly actions steps pertaining to Hydration, Nutrition, Sleep, Physical Activity, and Stress Management.

Education

Noelle’s passion for nutrition blossomed while fueling the grueling training as a Division I collegiate athlete and founding member of the West Virginia University Women’s Crew Team (1999-2003) and earning championship titles in the sport of rowing. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition (2003) and Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition at Rush University in Chicago (2005).

Hobbies

Noelle enjoys quality time with her favorite people, traveling, rowing, paddle-boarding, open-water swimming, cycling, renovating properties, reading, studying Geology, painting, gardening, cooking and photographing the beauty of the present moment.
