As an RD with six years of experience, I've worked in outpatient clinics and hospital settings, supporting kids and adults through dialysis, kidney disease, kidney transplant, cancer treatment, bone marrow transplants, and enteral nutrition support. Based in Detroit, I love cooking, reading, traveling, and supporting local businesses. I talk about food and science so much I found a way to make a career out of it, and I enjoy guiding people toward practical, sustainable goals, one session at a time.

Your first session with Noelle

Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and any available lab work or biometrics, then talk through what you want to achieve from one-to-one nutrition counseling. You don't need to have everything figured out. Together we'll set big or small goals that feel manageable, and identify practical first steps you can try before our next visit. My aim is to create a judgment-free, supportive space where you leave with clarity and confidence to move forward.
