Hi, and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I’m here to support you on your nutrition journey. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 17 years of experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with adult and pediatric patients, addressing a wide range of health and nutritional concerns. My adult specialties include general health, weight management, intuitive eating, diabetes management, blood sugar regulation, heart health, dyslipidemia, blood pressure management, food allergies, malnutrition, and tube feeding management. In pediatrics, I specialize in pediatric nutrition, focusing on growth management for preterm and full-term infants, introducing solids, general pediatric nutrition, picky eating, feeding difficulties, failure to thrive, tube feeding management and weaning, weight management, dyslipidemia, prediabetes, autism spectrum disorder, food allergies, and celiac disease.
Approach to care
I take a collaborative approach to nutrition, working closely with my clients and their families to support their health and wellness goals. Through Medical Nutrition Therapy, I create personalized, evidence-based plans that emphasize long-term health and sustainability while empowering clients to take an active role in their care. With functional medicine training, I incorporate a holistic, whole-person, and mindful approach to nutrition.
Your first session with Noor
In our initial session, we’ll review your medical history, lab results, medications, eating habits, lifestyle, exercise routine, sleep patterns, stress levels, and health goals.
