About Nora
Nora is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 8 years of experience in the nutrition field. She is passionate about helping people build a healthy relationship with food & their body. Nora specializes in providing nutrition counseling to individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, emotional eating, body image issues, chronic disease management/prevention, & weight concerns. She empowers her patients to honor their health and nutrition mindfully, without resorting to fad diets. She teaches patients that they can be flexible with food choices while improving bloodwork or medical conditions. She is an expert in guiding patients with grocery shopping, meal planning, & cooking.

Nora provides compassion, empathy, and a judgement-free approach with her patients as she understands that there can be guilt or shame associated with certain eating patterns and behaviors. Nora is flexible and meets people where they are. Nora practices an all-foods-fit approach that encourages individuals to have a healthy and balanced relationship with food.
Your first session with Nora
Come prepared to answer questions about your medical history, most recent labs, relationship with food, diet preferences, favorite foods, health goals, among others topics. During the initial session, we will explore and learn more about your nutrition, wellness, and overall health goals. Follow-up sessions are really where all the work is done.
