About Olga
I am an enthusiastic registered dietitian and lactation counselor excited to share my knowledge and experience with you. I will work with you to help you understand your health and join you on your journey towards achieving your goals. I have extensive experience in general health, GI health, kidney disease, PCOS and women's health, maternal and infant health, disordered eating, and many other. Languages: English, Romanian, Russian.

My approach to care is to be your partner in health and wellbeing. Whatever your end goal is, we will work together towards it. You will be completely involved in your care and decision making. I will focus on accountability and realistic, achievable, and sustainable goal setting, so that you can actually see your progress and success.

During the first session I would like for us to get to know each other, review your expectations, and set a positive tone that would help you achieve your goals. We will review your health and lifestyle, and agree on counseling approach that works best for you.
