About Olivia
Hello, I'm Olivia! As a dietitian, I take an integrative, holistic approach to nutrition and overall health to find root causes rather than cover up symptoms. I work with a variety of health conditions and concerns, including diabetes, gut/digestive health, weight management, neuropathy, pain management, inflammation, heart health (high blood pressure / high cholesterol), and women's health. I've had to go through my own struggles with chronic pain, fatigue, nerve pain, having a negative relationship with food, and had a hard time getting the nutrition I needed. Proper nutrition changed my life for the better and I want nothing more than to help other people experience the same feeling!
Approach to care
With the amount of information out there, it's hard to figure out what "healthy" really looks like for you. Nutrition is about nourishing your body from the inside out, and learning what your body needs. I believe that you should never feel restricted by food, and you should fully be able to enjoy the foods you love. My goal is to show people that nourishing your body can be easy and enjoyable no matter your lifestyle. I will provide you with science-based tools to become the healthiest version of yourself, so that you not only reach your goals, but have evidence-based nutrition knowledge and tools to always be confident in your choices.
Your first session with Olivia
In our first session, we will break down your health history, current lifestyle, diet, habits, struggles and health goals. Remember that this is your session, so be as honest an open as possible so that we can figure out the best plan of action for YOU! Nutrition looks very different for everyone, so your goals will be 100% personalized to what is realistic and attainable. You will also have ongoing support whenever you need!

Hobbies
I love staying active outdoors whenever I can doing things like pickleball, tennis, hiking, running, walking my dog (my Rottweiler puppy, Remi)... if it's outdoors I'm down for anything! My indoor activities of choice are strength training and yoga. The only two foods I don't like are bleu cheese and black licorice, otherwise I LOVE trying new foods! If you asked me what my favorite food was I genuinely would not have an answer.
