About Olivia
Hi, I’m Olivia — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who combines her love of food with evidence-based nutrition science to establish sustainable, lasting habits. I’m passionate about guiding people toward a more trusting relationship with food and their bodies by leaning into connection and internal wisdom. My goal is to help you break free from the dieting cycle to embody a more peaceful, empowering path to health.

My work is grounded in a weight-neutral, non-diet, and values-driven philosophy, with intuitive eating principles at the core. I prioritize building authentic, collaborative relationships so we can identify an approach to wellness that feels genuine for you. I believe nutrition is never one-size-fits-all — and that food should be enjoyable, flexible, and celebrated part of life.
