About Olivia
Hi, Iām Olivia, a Registered Dietitian based in Dallas Texas. I bring over 5 years of experience helping people grow a healthier relationship with food. I earned my Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics and have spent time in private practice, guiding clients to balance nutrition with real life. My RDN and LD credentials are a meaningful part of who I am, but what matters most is meeting you where you are. When Iām not coaching, I love traveling, hiking, and baking.
Approach to care
I stay grounded in evidence and science, translating current research into practical plans you can follow. My approach is warm and empathetic, inviting questions and meeting you where you are. I'm direct and action-oriented, turning insights into clear steps you can take this week. I practice with a weight-neutral lens and a holistic view, recognizing that sleep, stress, appetite, and mood influence everyday choices. Education is core, so you feel empowered to decide.
Your first session with Olivia
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation designed to put you at ease. We'll start by deep diving into your relationship with food, reviewing your medical history, and learning about your daily routines. You don't need to have everything ready; we'll meet you where you are and identify 1 or 2 short-term goals to begin. Together, we'll map a simple plan that fits your life and values.
