About Olivia

Hi, I’m Liv! I’m a registered dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition, and I’m passionate about helping people feel energized, nourished, and confident in their bodies. For most of my early adulthood, nutrition wasn’t something I thought much about beyond the basics—eat fruits and vegetables, follow the food groups, do your best. That changed in my 20s when I began experiencing gut issues and started paying closer attention to how food actually made me feel. When I shifted toward a whole-food, nourishing approach, the difference in my digestion, energy, and overall well-being was undeniable. After spending over 10 years in business and accounting, I took a leap and followed my curiosity (and self-proclaimed nutrition-nerd energy) back to school to pursue nutrition. Today, I specialize in women’s health, gut health, and blood sugar regulation, using a functional, root-cause approach.

Approach to care

My philosophy is simple: we add, not restrict. Instead of cutting foods out or chasing perfection, we focus on nourishing your body with foods that help you feel satisfied, supported, and aligned with your goals. I use a functional, personalized approach that looks at the whole picture—nutrition, lifestyle, habits, stress, and real life. Together, we create a plan that’s realistic and sustainable, not overwhelming. I combine nutrition coaching, meal planning support, and habit-stacking strategies to help turn changes into lasting routines. Real change does take effort, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to guide you, support you, and gently challenge you when needed—always with compassion and without guilt or shame.
