About Olivia
Hello, I'm Olivia. I'm a Registered/Licensed Dietitian based out of Texas and currently hold an additiona certification as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC). My background is in inpatient rehabilitation, where I've worked with both adult and pediatric patients managing medical conditions including, brain and spinal cord injuries, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, gastrointestinal conditions, malnutrition/failure to thrive, and transplant care. This clinical experience shapes how I support clients in the outpatient setting - with a deep understanding of how nutrition fits into both recovery and long-term health. I love helping people translate medical nutrition guidance into every day life. My goal is to make nutrition feel approachable, supportive, and realistic - even when health concerns feel complication or overwhelming.
Approach to care
I take a collaborative approach, working with you to create strategies that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals. I'm especially mindful of past experiences with food or healthcare. Creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgement-free is my top priority.
Your first session with Olivia
Your first telehealth session is focused on connection, understanding, and setting a strong foundation. We'll review your medical history, current concerns, and what you'd like support with. I'll ask about your eating patterns, lifestyle, and any barriers your facing. You don't need to prepare anything special or have a food log. You can expect practical guidelines, education that makes sense, and ongoing support as we work together toward your goals.
