About Olivia
Hi there! I’m Olivia Jones, MS, RD, a registered dietitian based in Chicago, IL. I’m passionate about helping others find balance and build sustainable habits that support both health and enjoyment. I earned my BS in Nutrition from East Tennessee State University and my MS in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition care.

The foundation of my approach is evidence-based recommendations, layered with empathy and client-centered principles. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are—without pressure or judgment—and help you take steps toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. Because starting nutrition counseling can sometimes feel overwhelming, I focus on turning the broad, often confusing world of nutrition science into clear, actionable steps tailored just for you. I strive to understand your unique needs and preferences so that the support I provide aligns with your personal vision of health and wellness. Together, we’ll set tangible, achievable goals that build toward your larger aspirations. Most importantly, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable—so you feel supported, confident, and encouraged every step of the way.
Your first session with Olivia
In our first session, the focus is on you—what you want from our time together, your goals, and your current habits. I’ll ask about your lifestyle and any challenges you’re facing so I can better understand your needs. From there, we’ll work together to create an actionable plan for your health journey, as well as smaller, realistic goals to work on between sessions. My goal is for you to leave feeling empowered, supported, and excited about the journey ahead.
