About Olivia

Hi, I am Olivia. I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition. I trained at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN and Rush University in Chicago, IL. My training background spans research, community health, and clinical care. I love translating science into practical steps you can actually use. I am passionate about learning what food means to my clients and helping you build a relationship with eating that feels good in your life.

Approach to care

Together, we'll blend evidence-based strategies with compassionate, warm guidance. I'm science focused and aim to translate research into practical steps you can use this week. I practice Health At Every Size and focus on behavior and wellbeing rather than chasing a number on the scale. My approach is holistic, considering sleep, stress, mood, and daily routines, because lasting change comes from feeling supported in all parts of life. I will educate you along the way so you leave each session with clarity and a plan you can own.

Your first session with Olivia

Our first appointment is all about you and your goals. We'll start by reviewing your medical history and current routines, then establish short term goals that feel doable. We'll gently explore your relationship with food in a judgment free space, identifying patterns, triggers, and what has helped in the past. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; we'll learn together what matters most and set one or two practical steps to begin with so you can feel encouraged, not overwhelmed.

Hobbies

Outside of work, you’ll often find me dancing, walking, experimenting in the kitchen, getting lost in a good book, practicing French, going to the movies, or unwinding with yoga. I love making time for activities that spark curiosity, creativity, and balance in my day-to-day life.
