About Olivia
I'm Olivia Juneau, a Boston-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about nutrition and wellness. As a lifelong athlete and someone who went through a period of health issues, I discovered the power of properly fueling your body and exercising in a manner that fits into your lifestyle. It then became my mission to become a Registered Dietitian to help people feel their best, healthiest selves. My expertise spans from athletes, eating disorders, and individuals from pediatrics to adulthood. I am a believer in "practicing what you preach," and hope to demonstrate that you can live your life to its fullest in a fun, balanced lifestyle while still fueling your body with the proper nutrition and movement. Finding health should enhance your life, not deter! When I'm not practicing as a dietitian, you can catch me running, strength training, doing pilates, and baking!
Approach to care
My overall mission is to take the guesswork out of nutrition and work as a team to find the right course of action for you. There are a variety of ways for nutrition and wellness to fit into your life, and there is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition. Individualism in practice is something I value, and I believe that commitment and investment in health is the greatest gift you could give yourself. Consistency is key, not perfection! Together, we will find what works for you and take your lifestyle, activities, preferences, and goals into account to create plans that fit your needs in digestible steps.
Your first session with Olivia
Your "why" is what the first session is all about! While creating nutrition goals is important, the reason you came to Nourish is what we will use as the cornerstone of your care. We will discuss your background, medical history, food preferences, and a multitude of factors to create initial steps and come up with a realistic timeline of goals and sessions. I'm so excited you're here and ready to take this next step in your health!
