About Olivia

Hi, I’m Olivia, a Registered Dietitian with over ten years of experience helping people navigate complex health conditions, including chronic kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, and weight management. I also specialize in supporting clients before and after kidney and liver transplants. My approach is all about meeting you where you are in your health journey. I believe lasting change comes from small, approachable steps — not rigid diets or perfection. Together, we’ll find realistic ways to nourish your body and build confidence in your choices so you can create long-term success. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me in my garden, out for an early morning row with my crew team, or enjoying a cup of tea with my two cats.

Approach to care

I believe in starting small and focusing on progress over perfection — because sustainable change happens when nutrition fits your life. My approach blends compassion, science, and real-world experience to help you feel confident in your choices. I have a special focus on slowing the progression of chronic kidney disease and supporting clients through the transplant journey with practical, personalized nutrition care.
