Patient reviews

  • Working with Olivia has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health! She helped me increase my protein intake in a doable and sustainable manner, which has helped me feel so much better and finally have a good strategy for eating less sugar!! In addition, she developed robust meal plans that work for my family, which includes busy teens and some dietary restrictions. With her suggestions, my meal planning and grocery shopping have become much easier and less overwhelming each week.

  • I was having the most annoying gut problems! I couldn’t eat anuthing without having some sort of reaction. Olivia has helped me heal my gut! Her protocols were wonderful and she does it all naturally. We also were able to corrolate some of my symptoms to my cycle which helps navigate the symptoms.

  • Professionalism, knowledge, willingness to listen and help, provide alternatives and good rapport. I would recommend Olivia over and over.

About Olivia

Hi, I’m Olivia! A women’s health dietitian and mom of two busy boys, so I understand how hard it can be to take care of yourself when life feels nonstop. I support women through every stage of life, with a clear focus on two areas where so many feel unheard: functional digestive health and women’s health. I work with IBS-type symptoms (bloating, food sensitivities, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort) as well as finding balance through perimenopause, PCOS, pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility. My role is to sort through the noise, uncover what your body has been trying to tell you, and help you find relief that feels sustainable. No matter your season of life, I want you to finally feel at home in your body again! Together we’ll work to bolster your health foundations and uncover the root cause using targeted protocols, lab testing, and realistic nutrition strategies that actually fit your lifestyle!

Approach to care

My approach is functional, personalized, and designed to fit your real life. We’ll start by strengthening foundational health habits, then layer in functional protocols and lab testing when they’re truly helpful. What you won’t find here are rigid food rules. A healthy relationship with food is a core pillar of my work. My goal is to help you take sustainable steps forward while creating a supportive, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take action.

Your first session with Olivia

Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, lab work, and biomarkers, hear your story, and listen to your goals and concerns. We’ll identify one to two short term, personalized goals to start with, and I’ll explain how we’ll support you between visits. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet. This is a collaborative, low pressure conversation designed to help you feel understood and hopeful as we begin this journey together, with a focus on digestive health and reproductive health across the lifecycle.

Location

📍 Columbus, Ohio

Education

BS in Nutrition and Dietetics (The Ohio State University) and MS in Nutrition and Functional Medicine (University of Western States)

Hobbies

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me cooking something new in the kitchen, sneaking in a Lagree workout, or chasing after my kiddos. My husband and I love traveling (ski trips in the winter, new places abroad whenever we can) and I always have either a fantasy novel or a new nutrition book on my Kindle close by.
