About Olivia

Hi, I’m Olivia—a women’s health dietitian and mom of a busy toddler, so I understand how hard it can be to take care of yourself when life feels nonstop. Whether you're trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, managing bothersome symptoms, or simply trying to feel better in your own body, I'm here to help you reconnect with your health and feel like yourself again! I specialize in women’s health across the lifespan, including fertility, digestive issues, PCOS, thyroid and hormone support, autoimmune conditions, and general nutrition. Together we'll explore the root causes of your symptoms—like fatigue, irregular cycles, or gut issues—through lab testing, targeted protocols, and realistic nutrition strategies that work for your lifestyle.

Approach to care

My approach is functional, personalized, and built around your real life. I focus on foundational health and metabolism first, then layer in lab testing and protocols as needed. You won’t find rigid food rules here—just supportive, sustainable steps and a compassionate space to be heard, understood, and empowered to take action.

Your first session with Olivia

In our first session, I’ll take time to listen to your story, review your history, symptoms, previous labs, and goals, and begin mapping out what’s really going on beneath the surface. From there, I’ll develop a personalized nutrition and supplement plan tailored to your needs. In follow-up sessions, we’ll collaborate to make those changes feel practical, sustainable, and effective—adjusting as we go, and building real momentum together.

Location

📍 Columbus, Ohio

Education

Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (The Ohio State University) and Master's of Science in Nutrition and Functional Medicine (University of Western States—in progress)

Hobbies

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me cooking something new in the kitchen, sneaking in a Lagree workout, or chasing after my toddler. My husband and I love traveling (ski trips in the winter, new places abroad whenever we can) and I always have either a romantic fantasy or a new nutrition book on my Kindle close by.
