About Olivia

Hi, I’m Olivia—a women’s health dietitian and mom of a busy toddler, so I get how hard it is to take care of yourself when life feels nonstop! Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum—or simply trying to feel better in your own body—I’m here to help you feel like yourself again. I specialize in fertility, gut health, PCOS, thyroid support, hormone balance, autoimmune conditions and nutrition for every stage of a woman’s life. We’ll get to the root of your symptoms—like fatigue, digestive issues, or irregular cycles—using labs, targeted protocols, and simple strategies that actually fit your life. If you’re ready for clarity, support, and a plan made just for you, let’s work together!

Approach to care

My approach is root-cause oriented, personalized, and built around your real life. Using labs, assessments, and tailored protocols I help women uncover what’s driving their symptoms and implement sustainable nutrition strategies to achieve their goals. You won’t find rigid rules here—just supportive, doable steps and a compassionate space to feel heard, supported, and empowered to take action!

Your first session with Olivia

Our first session is all about you. I’ll listen to your story, review your symptoms, history, labs, and goals—and start connecting the dots to what’s really going on. From there, I’ll create a personalized nutrition and supplement plan based on your unique needs. But I don’t just hand you a protocol and send you on your way. In follow-ups, we’ll work together to make those changes feel doable in real life. We’ll adjust, troubleshoot, and build momentum—one step at a time.

Location

📍 Columbus, Ohio

Education

BS in Nutrition (The Ohio State University) and MS in Nutrition and Functional Medicine (University of Western States—in progress)

Hobbies

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me cooking something new in the kitchen, sneaking in a Lagree workout, or chasing after my toddler. My husband and I love traveling—ski trips in the winter, new places abroad whenever we can—and I always have either a romantic fantasy or a new nutrition book on my Kindle close by.
