About Olivia
Hi, Iâm Oliviaâa womenâs health dietitian and mom of a busy toddler, so I understand how hard it can be to take care of yourself when life feels nonstop. I specialize in womenâs health across the lifespan, including fertility, digestive issues, PCOS, perimenopause, thyroid health, metabolic conditions and autoimmune conditions. Many of the women I work with come to me feeling frustrated with hormonal or digestive issues (like bloating, food sensitivities, constipation, or unpredictable diarrhea) that are interfering with their daily lives. No matter what season of life youâre in, my goal is to help you calm the symptoms that are controlling you, so you finally feel at home in your body again. Together we'll uncover the root causes of your symptoms using targeted protocols, lab testing, and realistic nutrition strategies that actually fit your lifestyle!
Approach to care
My approach is functional, personalized, and built around your real life. I focus on foundational health and metabolism first, then layer in lab testing and protocols as needed. You wonât find rigid food rules hereâjust supportive, sustainable steps and a compassionate space to be heard, understood, and empowered to take action.
Your first session with Olivia
In our first session, Iâll take time to listen to your story, review your history, symptoms, previous labs, and goals, and begin mapping out whatâs really going on beneath the surface. From there, Iâll develop a personalized nutrition and supplement plan tailored to your needs. In follow-up sessions, weâll collaborate to make those changes feel practical, sustainable, and effectiveâadjusting as we go, and building real momentum together.
