About Olivia
Hi! I'm Olivia Rabak, a registered dietitian passionate about helping people achieve their nutrition goals, whether that means fueling peak performance, enhancing overall health, or making small yet meaningful lifestyle changes. With a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and a personalized approach, I strive to create realistic and sustainable plans that fit each client's unique needs. Through my schooling and dietetic internship, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, which has prepared me to support individuals from all backgrounds and with various goals. No matter how big or small your nutrition goals may be, I'm here to guide and encourage you every step of the way!
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect. I believe in meeting clients where they are in their journey, honoring their lifestyle, goals, and relationship with food. Instead of relying on rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans, I focus on empowering clients with evidence-based tools and strategies that foster confidence and long-term success. Whether you're an athlete striving for peak performance, managing a medical condition, or simply looking to feel your best, I'll walk alongside you to create a personalized plan that is realistic, effective, and sustainable. Together, we'll set achievable goals that not only support your health but also fit seamlessly into your everyday life.
Your first session with Olivia
Your first nutrition session is designed to be about you. It's a chance for us to get to know each other while I learn about your health history, lifestyle, nutrition habits, and goals. Think of it as a relaxed, supportive conversation with no judgment or pressure. Sessions typically last about 60 minutes, and you're welcome to bring lab work, a medication list, or even a food diary if you'd like. Most importantly, come as you are. Your voice matters, and this is a space where your goals and challenges are respected. Follow-up sessions will build on this foundation, offering continued support, accountability, and adjustments tailored to your evolving needs.
