About Olivia
I’m a registered dietitian with a background in eating disorder treatment and clinical nutrition. I have a foundational understanding of nutrition sciences through my education and training but I also know that there is more to food than just the nutrients it provides. Our relationships with food and our bodies can also play a role in our physical health and emotional health.
Approach to care
I’m someone that cares about your wellbeing and happiness and I take a person-centered and compassionate approach to the nutrition care I provide. I believe eating can nourish our bodies and bring joy and I believe my role as your dietitian is to collaborate with you to help you cultivate a better relationship with food and your body so you can live a fully nourished life. I’m excited to get to know you and support you on your journey!
Your first session with Olivia
The first session will be spent going over some assessment questions, talking through your nutrition and recovery goals, and getting to know each other. It is helpful for me to get a comprehensive understanding of your nutrition history, what eating has looked like for you recently, and how eating and your relationship with food and your body has changed over your lifetime.
