About Olivia
I am a Registered Dietitian with a strong foundation in health and nutrition. My goal is to help others maintain their overall wellness through a balanced approach that integrates proper diet, exercise, and mental well-being. I have a passion for preventative care, pregnancy, sports nutrition, and gut health. I completed an internship with OU Athletics and grew up as a competitive cheerleader, which fueled my love for performance-based nutrition. My interest in gut health stems from my own experience managing GERD and IBS, where I learned firsthand how nutrition can make a meaningful difference. Iāve also spent time researching womenās health and love empowering women to feel confident in nourishing their bodies during every stage of life. I strive to inspire others to reach their full potential while continuing to expand my knowledge to create a lasting impact.
