About Paige
Welcome! I’m Paige, and I’m glad you’re here. I’ve been a full-time Registered Clinical Dietitian since 2023, and I’ve learned that most people want to be healthy—they just don’t always know how. The tools to eat well are more accessible than we think; the hardest part is showing up for yourself, and you’ve already done that by being here. I work in hospitals across the country as a traveling dietitian, caring for some of our most vulnerable patients. I joined Nourish to stay connected with my community beyond hospital walls. With Nourish, I get to support you consistently—which is one of the most important parts of nutrition counseling. I know being healthy can feel hard. Whether you’re seeking weight support, budgeting tips, or help reshaping habits, I’m excited to explore what’s possible for you. We’ll celebrate wins big and small, set realistic goals, and build a compassionate, judgment-free partnership. There’s no perfect path—only the one that works for you.
Approach to care
Whether you’re new to nutrition counseling or returning, we’ll start fresh. My goal is to meet you where you are. In our first appointment, we’ll discuss what you want for your health—and if you’re unsure, we’ll figure it out together. We’ll also look at what may have held you back so we can build a clearer path forward. Expect SMART goals each session: small, meaningful steps toward feeling your best. Change is hard, so we move at a pace that fits your life. We’ll celebrate big and small wins. Health doesn’t look one way; your worth isn’t defined by numbers. We’ll practice mindfulness and use tools like food journaling, the Nourish app, and reduced mealtime distractions to reconnect with your body’s signals. This is a diet-culture-free zone—no guilt or trends, just sustainable, evidence-based support. And yes, all foods fit. Bring any nutrition questions; we’ll sort out what’s hype and what’s truly helpful for you.
Your first session with Paige
During our first session, we will be discussing all of the basics. Come prepared to discuss any pertinent health history (including familial, if available), any past or present health-related goals, any personal obstacles (i.e. financial, familial, work/life balance, etc.) and anything else you feel may be relevant for me to know. Additionally, come with questions for me! I am excited to be able to get to know my patients on a deeper level, and I feel it is important for you to know and trust me. I am an open book- I am happy to talk about my education, career experience, personal hobbies, or whatever you feel you want to know about!
