About Paige
Paige is a Licensed Registered Dietitian, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor with over 13 years of experience in fitness and 10 years of experience in nutrition counseling and education. Paige has counseled hundreds of men and women in the field of sports nutrition, weight management, general health, cardiovascular disease (congestive heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, coronary artery disease), emotional eating, pregnancy, pre and postnatal nutrition, fertility, and more.
Approach to care
Paige practices from a holistic, functional, and patient-centered perspective. She is certified in motivational interviewing and strives to listen to the patients' needs and desires, meet them where they are and create goals that are realistic and attainable to them, no matter the season of life. As a busy mom herself, Paige understands the importance of flexibility, personalization, and sustainability for every individual.
Your first session with Paige
We will spend the first session getting to know each other. You can expect a relaxed, laid-back, supportive and non-judgmental environment. We will review your goals, medical history, lab work, lifestyle factors, diet history and typical eating patterns.
