About Pamela

Hello! My name is Pam. I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience in the field of nutrition and wellness. I’m also an active mom of four wonderful boys, which keeps my life full of energy and joy. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, helping them achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling. My specialty is in weight management, and cardio metabolic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease. I have a strong passion for guiding individuals toward lasting success through balanced eating and regular physical activity.

My approach to care is first getting to know you. We will focus on why you decided to see a dietitian. Whether you have a specific medical concern or want to improve your overall health. I’m here to support you every step of the way. I’m open-minded, nonjudgmental, and patient-centered. I get to know you-your values, goals and what truly matters in your life. Then we work together to create a realistic, sustainable plan that will support lasting results.

During our first session, we’ll dive into your current routines, challenges, and goals. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your lifestyle and mindset, then outline an initial roadmap for your success. You’ll walk away, feeling heard, understood, and equipped with a practical-no fad diet plan, just real, balanced progress to achieve your goals.
