About Pamela
Hi, I’m Pamela Michelle Harris, a dedicated dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. My practice spans a wide range of nutritional specialties, including weight management, renal health, geriatric nutrition, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. I’m passionate about delivering personalized care that empowers each client to thrive—no matter where they are on their health journey.
Approach to care
To me, nutrition is never a one-size-fits-all solution. I believe in a personalized approach—crafting strategies that align with your unique lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I start by understanding what a typical day looks like for you, then identify meaningful adjustments that fit naturally into your routine. As the seasons shift and life evolves, so do our habits. I’m here to help you navigate those changes with confidence and consistency.
Your first session with Pamela
During our first season we will get to know each other and figure out your goals and what you hope to achieve or learn. Together we will build a plan to fit your lifestyle. Whether you're navigating a medical condition, striving for weight management, or simply looking to improve your relationship with food, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to getting started with you!
