Approach to care

The Provider uses holistic, evidence-based, medical nutrition therapy approach that addresses the root causes of health conditions through targeted nutritional interventions. They believe in the power of food as medicine while maintaining a realistic perspective on lifestyle change. The Provider creates individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments, lab values, and clinical indicators. They emphasize education, helping clients understand the "why" behind recommendations, and work collaboratively to develop sustainable strategies that fit within each person's medical needs, cultural preferences, and lifestyle constraints.
