About Pamela

Hi! My name is Pamela Moriarty, but you can call me Pam. I'm a big believer that our learning is never done, so its challenging for me to label myself an "expert" but with being in the field for over 17 years, I consider myself a "Jane of all trades, master of some"- namely, kidney, diabetes, GI, and heart health. I have had the gift of working in so many different settings ranging from clinical, fitness, and community health, and the one common thread I love is the connection that you build with someone, and the rewarding feeling of helping others and giving them the opportunity to see how amazing they are and what they are truly capable of achieving.

Approach to care

If I could sum it up in one word, I would describe our work together as a partnership. A friend to help you set goals, cheer you on, troubleshoot and support you when you need it most. I am also a big believer that our body works as one system, so I take a "whole body" approach to care, because often times, its about more than just the food on our plates. Its our lifestyle, our connection to food, our challenges, and our opportunities that shape the way we care and can care for ourselves. We're on this health journey together, with you in the driver's seat and me as your knowledgeable (and slightly silly) navigator.

Your first session with Pamela

I think the most important starting place is hearing your story - where you've been, what you've tried, and what you want to achieve for future you! We'll put it all out on the table, and use that as a guide to shape a plan that gets you to your goals, one step and small goal at a time.
