About Pamela

Hi, I’m Pam Rapp, a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families improve their health through practical, personalized nutrition. My goal is to help you feel better in your body, have more energy, and build sustainable nutrition habits that work in real life. I earned my MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama and my BS in Nutrition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I completed my dietetic internship through California State University, Sacramento and continue expanding my training in integrative and functional nutrition. My experience includes prenatal and postpartum nutrition, lactation support, gut health, hormone balance, fatigue, elimination diets, and specialized dietary approaches such as gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, and vegetarian diets. I take a whole-person approach focused on simple, sustainable habits that support long-term health and fit into everyday life.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should feel supportive, practical, and sustainable. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health, which is why every plan is personalized to your unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition science with a holistic perspective that considers the bigger picture of health—including daily habits, stress, sleep, environment, and family routines. Rather than focusing on restrictive dieting or quick fixes, I help clients build simple, sustainable habits that support long-term wellness. Food can be powerful medicine, but improving your health doesn’t require perfection, complicated meal plans, or excessive supplements. Instead, we focus on realistic strategies that help you feel better and create lasting change.

Your first session with Pamela

Your first session is a relaxed, collaborative conversation designed to understand your health story and what matters most to you. We’ll review your medical history, current symptoms, nutrition habits, and any lab work or biometrics you may have. Together we’ll identify key priorities and talk through your daily routines, challenges, and goals. Before the session ends, we’ll create a clear and practical plan with a few simple steps you can begin right away. You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand—my role is to meet you where you are and help guide you toward sustainable improvements in your health and well-being.
