Pam Roose, RDN, LDN, Certified DPP Lifestyle Coach is an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and certified holistic wellness expert that has been devoted to inspiring others for over 30 years. Pam has had the opportunity to support a wide age range of clients, from pediatrics to seniors in long-term care and understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle to help prevent chronic diseases. She is dedicated to helping individuals achieve sustainable health. Her extensive background in helping to support a healthy lifestyle includes specialized certifications in Culinary Nutrition, Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coaching, Intrinsic Wellness Coaching, Yoga/Yogalates Instruction and a Certified First Aider.

We will discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and goals. Using my background in Culinary Nutrition and Intrinsic Coaching, we wonāt just talk about what to eat, but how to make it happen.
