I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping individuals build sustainable habits that support long-term health. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients focusing on weight management, fitness, metabolic and heart health, mindful eating, balanced and plant-based nutrition, and lifestyle behavior change. Hobbies
Outside of work, I love staying active—playing volleyball and pickle ball, Latin dancing, traveling and exploring new cities. I also enjoy developing healthy recipes, researching new nutrition and wellness information, and spending time with loved ones.
