About Paola
Hi, I'm Paola. I bring 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and a solid foundation in Nutrition and Dietetics along with Exercise Science. I've worked in Community Health and in outpatient settings, collaborating with teams to translate science into practical guidance. Outside of work, I love spending time with family, reading, and staying active. Iβm committed to helping you build a healthier relationship with food at a pace that fits your life.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends science, empathy, and partnership. I rely on current evidence to guide our plan, but I translate it into simple, actionable steps you can actually follow. I meet you where you are with warmth and without judgment, and we'll create goals that fit your life. I support a weight neutral, health at every size approach that centers sustainable habits over quick fixes. By looking at sleep, stress, and food in a holistic way, I empower you to make informed choices that last.
Your first session with Paola
Our first session is a warm, collaborative conversation designed to put you at ease. We'll review your medical history, labs, and biometrics, and discuss short term goals. Together we'll begin crafting a personalized meal plan and a practical path for the weeks ahead. We'll also explore your relationship with food with curiosity and kindness. There's no need to have everything figured out before we meet, just show up as you are, and we'll take it step by step.
