About Pardis

Nutrition drew me into a career where curiosity meets compassion. I have 13 years of experience as a Nutritionist with an MS in Nutrition Science from California State University, Northridge. I've worked across community health, clinical hospital settings, and corporate wellness, so we'll build plans that fit the realities of your life. Outside of work, I recharge by hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time at the beach, and I bring that practical curiosity to every appointment.

Approach to care

Nutrition advice should fit your life, not the other way around. I ground recommendations in current science while staying warm and nonjudgmental, translating evidence into clear, actionable steps. Together we'll prioritize sustainable habits and a weight-neutral, behavior-focused perspective that honors the whole person. I also teach the why behind each change, so you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to keep making progress long term.

Your first session with Pardis

At our first meeting we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, and take a compassionate, detailed look at your relationship with food. This is a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation, so you do not need to have everything figured out. We'll identify one or two short-term goals and leave with simple, evidence-based steps to try. We'll check in and adjust together as you start putting changes into practice.
