Hi, I'm Parker. I'm a dietitian with less traditional training than most with my background in both the sciences and culinary experience. As a registered dietitian, I have years of experience in weight management, digestive health, diabetes care, anti-inflammatory diets, heart healthy nutrition, and performance nutrition for everyday athletes.
