About Patricia
Patricia (Tricia) Flagg has been a Registered Dietitian for 23 years. She has worked as a clinical dietitian in an inpatient hospital setting, in home health and she spent a few years teaching nutrition courses at a technical college. She really enjoys working with patients to meet them where they are and to help them meet their nutrition goals. She enjoys spending time with family and friends during her free time.
Approach to care
Tricia uses a practical approach to nutrition that looks at the individual's goals, ability to purchase/prepare meals and lifestyle factors that may impact their goals: travel, work, busy caregiving schedule. This information will allow Tricia to develop a practical plan to meet your nutrition goals.
Your first session with Patricia
During the first session, a comprehensive review will be completed to help Tricia get to know you and your nutrition habits, lifestyle factors and barriers that you would like to address. Next, individualized nutrition goals will be determined for the areas you are looking to improve.
