About Patricia
I am a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition and wellness. With a Master's degree in Nutrition from Tufts University, I have specialized in helping clients utilize nutrition as a cornerstone for healthier living.
Approach to care
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with adults and seniors, developing personalized strategies for weight management and addressing lifestyle-related diseases. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, empowering my clients to achieve their health goals through sustainable changes. I believe good nutrition is so impactful on one's health that I especially enjoy working with clients in the early stages of their health journey where making small changes can require big efforts.
Your first session with Patricia
Lasting change needs to be self-directed. Time is spent during the first session listening to the client's issues, challenges, and desired outcome with the goal of developing a foundational, workable nutrition plan. Work schedule, family commitments, time available for food shopping and prep as well motivation for making changes are covered with the understanding that not everything needs to be addressed at once.
